J.A. Henckels International Classic Clad 3-Quart Non-Stick Saute Pan with Lid is manufactured using tri-ply clad material. The aluminum material in the center is an excellent heat conductor, which provides even heat distribution in the pan. Because of tDesigned with straight, relatively high sides, this three-quart, covered sauté pan is ideal for braising meats, adding potatoes and other ingredients, and sautéing onions without splatter. Because of the non-stick finish, very little grease is needed, resulting in healthier eating. The long handle, riveted for strength and curved for comfort and control, stays cool thanks to its hollow design and V-connection, and features a generous hole for hanging. Nylon or silicone whisks, spoons, and cleaning brushes all glide smoothly along the curved inner contour of the pan, and the stainless-steel lid fits snugly on the flared, easy-pour rim.

J.A. Henckels International, the economical division of Zwilling J.A. Henckels, makes the durable Classic Clad series for serious home cooks. Clad in gleaming stainless steel, each piece is constructed with an aluminum inner core that covers not just the bottom but the sides as well, resulting in efficient, even heating at low temperatures. The durable, three-ply, non-stick coating is infused with stainless steel for added strength. Henckels recommends washing non-stick Classic Clad pieces by hand, and covers the cookware with a limited lifetime warranty against defects. Patented ergonomic handle design provides optimal control, comfort, and balance. The end of the handle has a hanging hole which saves storage space in the kitchen. Unique hollow cast handle design and V-shaped connection to pot keeps handle cooler.
